A1: Yes. We support full customization. You may provide 2D drawings, 3D CAD files or your performance requirements, our engineering team will give technical feedback and quotation accordingly. Thermal simulation service is also provided.

Q2：What is your sample lead‑time and mass production lead‑time?

A2: Sample lead‑time: 25‑35 working days, depends on product complexity.

Mass production lead‑time: 30‑45 working days upon drawing confirmation.

Q3：Do you supply liquid cooling plate and thermal silicone pad as a set?

A3: Yes, we can supply matching thermal management kits.

Q4: What test will you perform for liquid cooling products before delivery?

A4: Each unit will go through strict inspections: air tightness test, hydraulic pressure test, insulation test, cleanliness check, dimension inspection and visual appearance check. Full test reports can be provided upon request.

Q5:What is your MOQ?

A5: We accept small batch for sample validation. For mass‑production project, MOQ depends on product structure, please contact us for details.
